Country study + no more ip logging

ip logging has completly been removed from the auth sys ! (the ip table has been pruned ! )

in the past it was used to find out from which country people were using the mod, since that study is now over, ip logging has been removed !

it's a good news for some people that are scared about that !
the auth sys now is only used to know how many people are using the mod (user + version number + user group)
and it's used for the private features

Well the answer is obvious, this mod is used all over the world !

I'd say Europe (nothing to say that it is, just a personal guess), since that's where it looks like most people are from that I seen. But as shu said, would be all over the world
