Make sure that the port is forwarded in your router.
Also check if Azureus.exe, Azureus.jar and java.exe is in your firewalls whitelist.

In Azureus, when you go to menu "Tools -> Nat / Firewall test" what does it say when you press "Test"?

lol, but I really disliked the prosilver style...

I'm not saying that I like the styles which I uploaded, but they have a much nicer overview compared to prosilver I think.
